Miguel was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. When my appointment was made, I indicated that I would not need a ride home. Circumstances changed the morning of my appointment and Miguel gladly arranged for an Uber for me. Couldn't be happier!!! THANK YOU

The gentleman that signed me in, I felt was a bit grumpy. Maybe he was sick.its easier to verbally talk if you have questions about my experience. The work was done correctly I feel and my car drives a bit better now that the Valve was done. The price at the end wasn't what i was told . But I still will recommend Santa margarita Ford o e San Juan deals hip that I live by. They are horrible

This is the 2nd time when I was called to tell me that my vehicle was ready that they will wash it and have it ready when I arrive. I gave them approximately an 1 hour from the time I was called to wash my car and when I arrived the vehicle hadn’t been washed. At that point I’m not going to wait around for 30 min to have the vehicle washed. Not a huge deal but if you say you are going to wash the vehicle then wash the vehicle.

Mechanic or assistant left my vehicle engine filter box open and I drove my vehicle 65 miles without knowing the box was open. I noticed a strong burning smell coming from the engine into my car. I pulled over to the curb to check where the smell was coming from and I noticed the filter box was not seal and open from the side letting dust and other particles go into the engine. Now I am afraid something could be wrong with my engine. The strong burning smell continues to travel from the engine into my vehicle. Unfortunately, I am not happy that this simple mistake could cause my vehicle to have future problems.
