Fredy was a wonderful service advisor. He seemed to really care about my experience there. He really went out of his busy day to personally advise how my vehicle status was and that it was ready in 1 hr. After estimating 1 1/2 to 2 hours. He is a great asset to your staff and made my short stay there as pleasant as possible.

This Service team seems to get better and better every service. World Class service is hard to come by. I own a Jag, Porsche and the Raptor and I get the best service from Santa Margarita Ford than all the others combined. Gonna always be a Ford guy from here on out. Thank you and love the free pickup and drop off and Carwash. Extremely satisfied. See you in six months.
