Duane is always able to work my service into a time and day convenient for me and your company. He keeps me updated when any other repairs be discovered during the service. When I get the car back, it's always sparkling from the wash rack. Great job Duane

Don't know who Duane is but Jose helped me. This being my first time at this location I was impressed by how professional each employee was to my arrival. I had a wonderful experience and want to do it again very soon! Words can't express my passion for the Ford platform but I can tell you this, the team at Santa Margarita Ford exceeded my expectations and delivered a very personal experience I'll never forget. It reminds me of back in the day kind of vibe where the dealership cares for the customers and not just another car or service tag. Owning a older Ford that you don't see much anymore a "Ford Focus Wagon Estate." By going above and beyond to earn trust with helpful people to bring a customer back. They helped me take care of my car just like how I'd treat my car. Tender loving care! I think all dealerships should take notes from this awesome outstanding team of people. You guys rock ! As always, GO FORD !!
