Duane Litz is always very helpful and knowledgeable and does everything to make sure you have a wonderful experience. He’s what everyone who deals with the public should be. I appreciate him and his help so much . I didn’t tell him when I picked up our Excursion the key fob was broken and someone had used a zip tie to hold it together.Duane was so great I felt bad telling him. Yes Miguel was very attentive and personable. First time at this dealership was very impressed. Had taken the truck to a different dealership in the area and it was a terrible experience. Will make Santa Margarita Ford might go to dealer now

Let me start off by saying Freddy compost was very friendly and attentive. However, I brought my 2015 Ford fusion in to have an issue with the transmission looked at and ended up getting a tune-up new coil covers and an engine coolant replacement. Freddy did call back and say that the issue with the transmission would require an additional inspection fee. I don't appreciate being upsold on things I don't really need. Such as, they suggested a new air cabin filter. I asked them to look at the records and I had had that replaced 13 months ago. My overall experience with Santa Margarita Ford is satisfactory.
