I was extremely fortunate to have worked with Miguel Aparicio when I brought my F-150 in for service. He was very thorough and made sure I knew the status of the repairs throughout the week-long process. He was professional and courteous and arranged for transportation while the repairs were being completed. I will never take my truck anywhere else for service!

Fredy was great. Service was great. Always very happy with everybody at your dealership. My issue is cost. This truck is the first time in 30 years of owning newer cars that I’ve ever used the dealer for service. I found your prices to be reasonable enough to start. Not feeling that way anymore and may start looking elsewhere. $100 for an oil change and tire rotation seems excessive. $60 for new wiper blades?? No thanks. As part of the check, it was recommended that I replace the cabin air filter. I was told that last time as well as it was due. Told them I would replace it myself which I did a couple of months ago. Was it actually visualized or just threw it out that I needed it? Just disappointed with all of this. Not what I’ve experienced in the past.

Was told the car would be ready to pick up by sales after 630 and any time until 10:00 pm. Showed up when we said, all the gates were locked and no one was there to give me my car keys. I left work early that day and was late the next day I was late because I had no car. Very frustrated.
