Sal @ RSM has been an excellent communicator at keeping me informed as to what is going on with my car and what the future plans are. I have a brand new car (2 months old) and my gps is gone and it won’t sync to my phone. They are going to try replacing the entire module. Hoping that works. It took many drop offs to figure this out up to this point so far. I appreciate him always keeping me updated.

My vehicle has been nothing short of a nightmare and ford quiet frankly knows it should be recalling this model or finding ways to help it’s current owners get into a model that isn’t a safety hazard. My car needs a new engine to solve the manufacturing error. I’ve already spent close to if not $10k I’m repairs and the solution I was given is junk or $10k. I find that to be unethical customer service and will be exploring the class action lawsuit option. The team at this location was fantastic and very customer centric.
