Wasted time. You spent 2 days analyzing diagnostics and wanted a third day to do an engine block leak test. The car doesn’t overheat so why is a leak test necessary? Found a mechanic who immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed my car in a half day for a quarter of the cost instead. Ironic that your phone hold message says that you won’t waste your costumers time.

I waited 3 weeks for my part, and ontop of that I was told my battery would not take a charge by Miguel....My battery was 6 months old I had no issues with it before I took my car in for service...I believe my car was parked for over three weeks..That's why the battery didnt work...Miguel told me that it would have no affect on the battery, which I disagree....I had to purchase another battery...please insure if vehicles are waiting over a week for parts, to charge or start them from time to time....I dont feel my vehicle was in good hands.
