I take my truck a 2017 f250 for a oil change they did a recalls too and soon that I get off from there my truck starts acting different now I can’t maintain my truck on because start to accelerate by itself idk what y’all did to my truck but I’m just waiting when they open on Monday to be there y’all need to fix this my Truck wasn’t like that idk what y’all did ti my truck I’m very mad and disappointed

I was really glad I bought the car from your dealership. Unfortunately, I live too far away and could not get services done. The experiences we had at dealership near our house is unspeakable, from the sales team not only very judgemental, to services department absolutely no management at all. I really appreciate your quick responses and professional services able to diagnose problems of my car.

We were truly grateful for Jonathan and his assistance today. We didn’t have an appointment, but stopped by for a windshield wiper replacement. He immediately took care of us, and they not only replaced the front wipers, but the back one as well. He was patient and addressed our needs with a smile. We greatly appreciate the service from Jonathan and the Ford team today.

Claire was great. Her communication was impressive. I wasn’t thrilled with the reason my car was there, which I understand is more on Ford than the dealership. I do know this problem has been constant across the country with Mach E’s. Knowing this, I’m surprised the dealership wasn’t better prepared. Special bolts? I was surprised to hear that once the back ordered parts came in we were surprised by special bolts. Again, maybe there is more to it than I know. I’m seeing people all over dealing with this problem and most are completed in a few days. Mine took 3 weeks. Service was pretty good. May I make a suggestion? The next time it takes 3 weeks to fix a problem that is covered by warranty, my the car could be cleaned as a customer service gesture. My car came back looking like it was sitting in a dirt lot for a month. Other than that, the overall service was good. It just seemed like a predictable issue was a big shock to this dealership. I also understand that this dealership is new to the EV game. So am I completely satisfied? No. But I do understand.
