Service on my vehicle was excellent as usual. This is consistently the best dealership for vehicle service that I have ever been to. I have been coming here for four years. I bring my truck and my mother’s Ford Fusion. The work performed is always correct and in done quickly. I am 100% sure that the work will be done correctly. This is the standard for all other vehicle service centers to follow. Great, flawless service!

It was a pleasure interacting with Miguel. He is very professional and is a great face of SM Ford's service department. He makes sure the customer is put first. He always provides his recommendations and explains in detail why the recommendations are needed. It never feels like an upsell with Miguel. I continuously come back to SM Ford because of Miguel and his hard work and effort should be recognized and commended.
