I have always trusted my Ford cars to Santa Margarita Ford because of my trust in one person in the Service Department—Miguel Aparicio. Miguel is always courteous and friendly to my wife Julie and myself. We are always greeted with a smile. More importantly, Miguel is very professional and efficient. I know when he tells me there is a problem with my vehicle, he is honest and will give me the best estimate possible. I have always come away from a service appointment confident that my vehicle is safe and dependable. Miguel is a credit to your organization. Thank you.

My Ford Edge was not returned in the same condition in which I dropped it off. The front passenger seat was laid down all the way and not put back up into the original position. My front lights, etc, were taken off “Auto” position and not returned to the original setting. The new tires I purchased were not cleaned, instead were raw and dirty. I have always received good service from SMRF, but not this time. Donald J
