Not at all satisfied. My car didn’t make it 2 miles from dealership, before it completely shut down, without any power, lights, dashboard lights, signals & the engine would not start. I had to get it towed back to your dealership. No one even test drove it, for the exact problem that we brought it in to be diagnosed & repaired. My battery cable cover was broken off, as was the cable that they said was replaced, but was just Jimmy rigged where they broke it. Very disappointed. Not sure I will come back for service anymore.

Clare was exceptionally helpful and offered advice, and answered all of my questions regarding maintaining my vehicle. I was extremely grateful when I was told I had an out of pocket of $260.00 for a replacement tire and she checked my Ford points, explained how it worked and discovered that with the use of points my total came to $30.00.
