She did not listen to any of my questions. I was trying to explain the failure messages I was getting on screen. She suggested that Ignore them or disable the feature (my car is just a month old). She was also saying that this error is common. When asked what car she was driving - the answer was that she doesn’t drive a Porsche. This was the worst customer service ever. Will not respond Porsche or Porsche Livermore to anyone!

I brought my Porsche it was missing a quart of oil. The service department performed a diagnostic check and had a hard time turning off my oil light and after waiting 3 hours they figured it out. The next day the check engine light came on and I called to make an appointment to bring my Porsche back in. They needed to order another part that was found in the first diagnostic. They sent a text message NO CALL. I called to follow up at this time they had my car for a week no follow up. I called AGAIN going on the second week. They stated that they needed to replace 2 manifolds and discussed price. And it would be completed the next week. Ok I called AGAIN to check on my vehicle and they said it would be ready the next day. I was upset and the service tech was rude and dismissive. I WILL NOT BE BRINGING MY VEHICLE BACK. I brought my Porsche and they found multiple things wrong after 2 diagnostics?? $2700 later?? Fishy and worst experience

Kayla was fine - I do NOT appreciate the sloppiness by PCNA in parts management that required me to waste 1/2 day on a return trip due to the Mia-labeled part that the dealership received

Kayla and Pam and the service department manager, or possibly the general manager (I forgot his name) are individually and collectively first class. My experience with each one of these employees is always satisfactory at a very high level. I would not want to bring either of my Porsches anywhere else. Thank you.
