I am still waiting to hear from you regarding the timing cover oil leak problem and how it will be resolved. I would be happy to tell Porsche all about my disappointment with the major manufacturing defects in our 2015 Macan S.

When I called for service, no one picked up the phone for a long time on two consecutive days. Finally when a lady answered the phone, she could not locate me in her computer. I requested her to connect me to Kayla. Kayla was great and took care of my service requirements. Took me two days to get a service appointment and get hold of Kayla.

One of my key fobs was defective and it took almost 3 months to get it replaced. On the day of the service I was told it'll take an hour max, and thus I brought it in (instead of using mobile service) and waited in the lobby. It turned out to be almost 3 hours before it's done. I supposed it's not reflective of Porsche standard I've come to expect, albeit I'm thankful Kayla finally got it done...
