However my porsche ID no longer works, all my saved radio stations were removed, and I had to return to the dealership to drop off my charger since no one mentioned to bring this in when i discussed dropping of my car for the recall.

Overall service was fine the only minor flaw was the car wash. It had to never washed due to a bird poop but what was the point? The car had nothing but smudge streaks. I would just share to not offer that service if you not going to have the car washed properly. No need to contact me. Thank you.

I only received updates on status when I called. I had also requested a loaner or rental car, per insurance agreement, and there was no follow up. In fact, we only learned the car was ready when we called to inquire on status.
