When I went to pick up my car, the work I asked to be completed was not done and I had to leave it. There was some miscommunication between the service department and the Kayla. There was damage to the aluminum door sill. Waiting to hear back on gettin this replaced. Ultimately the software items were repaired and Ralph delivered the car to me. Everyone was very nice and mistakes can happen. I am sure the next service will go better. I am happy with my experience with your dealership and its team.

I came in without an appointment and Kayla was able to get me taken care of with the service manager Ron. I left the car and Kayla arranged a ride home and back to Livermore when my car was finished. I had a bad experience with another dealership and when I walked into Livermore Porsche all was forgotten. Kayla and her colleagues made me feel welcome

Justin Bond was just fine with my service. Your service personnel returned my Porsche to me much dirtier than the very clean condition that I delivered it to Porsche. Sloppy cleaning, water spots, drips, and splash marks everywhere, dirty smeared windshield and alloy wheels spattered with water. This Porsche service "clean job " was really horrible.
