Dean was great and got me through the communication issues. I was not getting answers or callbacks from my previous numbers. No one ever answered the operator line, either after multiple calls. When I made the appointment, I told them I would wait for the car. I called the morning of the appointment and was told that it would take 4 hours and there were no rides or shuttles. I scrambled to get my own ride setup. When I got there, Dean said it would take two hour, my original estimate. Canceled my ride who couldn’t come for an hour and a half and waited. The car was finished and cleaned in two hours like he said. Dean was great. Everything up to it was frustrating.

I have always received excellent service at your Subaru dealership. Otherwise I would find a local mechanic here in Brentwood and save myself a 30 minute drive.

MY experience with Livermore Subaru was a extreme delight, I purchased the car from capital expressway in San Jose, and I've taken this car to them 3 times to find the did have to have known about this window problem, yet THEY never took the courtesy to fix it, instead had me going back and forth, they are a real problem for the industry of subrau. I have NOW 3 people who will NEVER buy a subrau, because of my experience, however I tell them it's not the car problem, it's the dealership... ANYWAY I will continue to come to Livermore for my next car, and now have a friend's daughter who will be coming with me, when my part comes in, she wants a subrau, and will be coming to test drive one.. YOUR the BEST dealership for maintenance and, your PEOPLE are also VERY good at thier job. my experience with Miss K, was awesome!!!

I leave my headlights set on all the time. The day after my service I was driving home from my son’s and noticed my headlights were very dim. I pulled over and noticed that my headlights setting had been changed. I am the only person who drives my car and I did not change the headlight setting

The worst service I ever got. 1) tried to sell a package that was not necessary 2) did not want to evaluate the issue. Instead wanted to charge $195 to perform full inspection. And when asked to investigate a problem, agreed to do it, but did not complete it. “Front struts suspect intermittent noise may be caused by front struts and strut bearing. Would need more time for further diag”. Note: no one asked me if the car could be kept for a day or so. My wife was sent home with this paperwork. When she came home, it was already late to call. Question: if I paid $195, would it be evaluate or would I get the same service? By the way this car is under warranty. 3) never called to provide status or to notify that the job has been completed. When called to ask for the status was told “ I think it is done, since the paper work is on the desk”. 4) did not bring up a recall related fix Note: it took me ~2 weeks to get an appointment. I should have provided the same review in Yelp. 100% unacceptable. This is a complete 180 degree from my last experience in Livermoore Subaru.

Many times I called and no one answered the phone. It took 10 days to get an appointment when my car was not working. I also had to diagnose the problem myself by looking it up online after they had my car for 2 days and said they didn’t know what the problem was.
