Dean was friendly, attentive, informative, and helped me to be on my way quickly. I appreciated how he kept me informed on progress while I waited for the service to be completed. He also answered all of my questions about the car and updates the batteries in my key fobs since they were low. Thanks Dean!

My service representative was friendly and kind. However, I was told the service would be 2-3 hours and my car ended up being there close to 30 hours which messed up my planning a bit. More accurate time estimates would be appreciated, as this has been an issue I’ve had before when getting my car serviced here
Part of the service included a tire rotation. When we picked up the vehicle, the description of what was done to the car stated that the tire rotation was performed. However, we marked all the tires and rims by number and when we examined the car during the pick up, we found that they were not rotated. We were lied to and feel very disappointed that we have trusted Subaru Livermore
with all our car services; not only with our current vehicle, but our previous Subaru of five years. How can we continue to feel confident in the integrity of Subaru, if their mechanics are not held accountable. Especially since we informed the technicians of what occurred and showed them proof, but were never reached out to, in order to make things right.
The waiting room is dangerously small, especially during the Covid era and beyond!
