The vehicle was serviced as promised. However, I am somewhat puzzled that the service technician could find no structural issues with the vehicle though CarFax states that it had been in a major accident and has structural damage! Also, I paid $40 for the inspection (which yielded no useful or substantive diagnosis)!

Very pleasant to deal with. Explained what the car was showing it needed in the car inside. Also helped explaining what the services were and the charges for each. Would do business with him again.

I was satisfied with my experience with RJ, as usual. The problem was before RJ helped us. I have already sent a comment about how we weren’t contacted for installation of a part we paid for in advance, even though we needed the repair done as urgently as possible. I think it was rude to charge us for a part ahead of time, tell us we would receive a call when it arrived for installation, and not call us at all for days after the part had been received by Honda. We basically couldn’t drive the vehicle and park in public for days longer than necessary.

We were told that once an ordered part arrived in a few days, we would get a call so that it could be installed. This is for a passenger side window that wouldn’t close. One week later, we hadn’t received a call yet, although we were told it would be a few days. I called, only to find out that the part had arrived days prior. It may not seem that a passenger window is critical, but we couldn’t drive well on freeways, and could not take the van to public places, as the window was wide open. It was extremely inconvenient to have to wait days longer than necessary for a part we paid for in advance to be installed. If I hadn’t called, when was Honda going to let us know the part arrived? Days or weeks later?
