Katie did not return my call regarding their findings on my vehicle. No one seemed to have an answer for me regarding my warranty. Typically we love coming to Livermore Honda but this time was not their usual service. I do not want to work with Katie. She is not very professional. Please do not contact me either.

I hadn’t been to a dealership since a negative experience at Dublin about 5 years ago. Went in for a transmission software update and had a surprisingly good experience earlier this year I think with RJ. So I was in a jam after losing the dumb wheel lock key. Expected a big hassle, long wait, excessive charges, but again, what a surprise. He realized the car wouldn’t need to be on a lift and fit it in the schedule. He said it might be an hour and maybe more, depending on whether they had the master key. So imagine my surprise when he called 30 minutes later saying it was done. I’ve been going there a lot lately for parts now that the car is getting old, and I am relieved to find a dealership that isn’t a stealership. I feel confident that RJ and the team are more interested in making a customer than making a quick buck. Thanks

Katie Brower, helped me understand what issues were with my car, and even highlighted my car issues on the invoice. Katie helped with few tips about what to do to solve my car’s current problems. I really thanks her for going above and beyond . Helpful with a friendly smile, and if I ever need more car work I will definitely go back.

Your representative lied to us about tire replacement on our honda civic . we agreed on pricing for michelin primacy tires, he installed goodyear tires without permission or informing us leaving us saddled with inferior tires not of our choosing.
We bought our 2018 honda pilot from you and have had both vehicles routinely services with you. We expect at least basic truth and consent from Honda Livermore. I am giving you guys 48 hours to rectify this situation and take disciplinary action against this employee. We never had such a nightmarish experience with Burke when he worked in your service shop. We will be filing a complaint with Honda of America as well.
As management, we hope you take our complaint seriously.
