When I purchased my vehicle I also bought the maintenance plan recommended by the dealership and backed by Ford Corp. When i went to livermore Ford I was told I needed to purchase additional items for the routine maintenance .I contacted the dealership where I purchased the Ford recommended maintenance they stated this is a scam and I didn't need the additional items per Ford Corp.
Christy was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy and effortless from start to finish. She addressed all my service issues and kept me updated through the process. Excellent customer service from Christy and the entire Livermore Ford staff.

He tried to charge me for the service when i have prepaid service not only once but twice. I asked for a car wash and he said he had no one available for this. I waited approx 30 minutes and he could not find anyone. Ford states they clean out cars and sterilize after service due to Covid, this is not true !!!!!!

Disappointed. Staff was good. Few hours after the truck was picked up, same issue came back. Now I have to lose 1 more day of income because it didn't get taken care of right the first time.
