The only issue I have is that I was told my car would be washed and it wasn’t. But that is a very minor issue.

Brandon is great to work with and kept me informed on the status of the latest repair work. Whenever it is necessary to require major servicing on my 150 I always call Brandon.
I got my truck back and got ready for our trip to seal beach and 1/2 way there I pulled over cleans windshield and noticed that the passenger side wiper blade was tore about 3" long. I noticed this because wok the receipt for service I read that fluids were toped off and blades were inspected and replaced
Now I'm on the road, and I'm just a bit saddened.

I am not happy with the service the communication was poor and with the car in the shop for over a month with multiple parts orders delayed and when I picked up my car there was 120 miles added to the speedometer with a gas tank on empty
The car was serviced with the tires rotated so I asked for the tires to be balanced and was charged $129.00 for that additional service
The tires were off the car for the rotation so the only additional work is the balancing, the additional fee dose not reflect the fee
I Received a text at 12 telling me the car was
Finished and then a Update text at 12:30 Saying it was still being worked on. I left a voicemail for Brandon askIng why the two texts and when the car would be ready. No response. I called again an hour later with a
Message that I would be unavailable from 2-5. I asked
Him to leave a message to confirm that the was completed and would be available for me to pickup in the evening. No return call.
I called at 4:45 and left a fourth message asking if the car was ready. No return call.
Next day, I call and insist that someone tell me if my car is ready. It was ready for pickup. Brandon wasn’t available to talk to when I picked up the car.
We have four Ford cars and we will not be returning to Livermore Ford for any repairs.

Jeffrey did a great job keeping me informed with my service of my F-350 truck. He kept me up dated with the progress of my service, and had the service done promptly.
The price more than doubled from prior year and now they don’t annotate paperwork with any mention of the brakes being checked and the car wasn’t washed, they use to do this, now they say you have to ask. Plus National Ford coupon not accepted, not sure why Ford even has these..
There was some miscommunication, but regardless of who’s fault it was Don fixed it and delivery amazing service.
Christy was very helpful and the technician found and repaired the problem with ease. I would definitely recommend Livermore Ford !
