The pre-check in from MOPAR needs to be addressed. The process listed were more than double what I paid. I almost canceled my appointment and went elsewhere.

Parts were supposedly ordered 2 mons ago but then today we were charged more because "the prices went up". Tried to get it on 2 months ago but tech broke his wrist so no appointments available then .Appointment was scheduled to be completed on Monday (car dropped off on Sunday), but no communication until 1:30pm on Monday to say it wouldn't be done Monday. Why bother with an appointment and early drop off?

I picked up my car one hour ago. You have already asked me this question six different times. Please get real with these stupid email requests. You did a great job I’m happy with your service.
I asked that the engine service light be reset before the start of the oil change. I was told it would be taken care of. After the oil change was completed and I was given the invoice to pay I was told they didn't have the time to reset the engine service light. I'm very disappointed with this experience.
Service was great. Had appointment later in week but because of a tire issue he moved us up and took care of everything.
Clearly, helping the customer. What more can you ask for?
