The service I received today was wonderful, and so pleasant! I was treated exactly as a customer would hope to be, and promptly too. From someone who has worked in customer service for 10 years, I have to give kudos. 5 corners has a great team!
I brought my truck in for an alignment due to the outside edge of one front tire wearing excessively. I was told the alignment was within factory specifications. I was also told it was because the tires are a poor quality (agreed) and it wore excessively because it is bad tire. A bad tire does not wear excessively on one edge only. Further investigation on my part shows the forums say the factory specs will cause wear unless the toe in set to the tight side. Your people should know this and adjust accordingly, and Ram should issue a Service Bulletin. In addition, the tire that wore was on the front diver's side. This is also the side that I had a bad tire on it from the factory, which was not covered under warranty because I was told it was caused by a road hazard. If it truly was caused by a road hazard, then it makes sense the alignment was out of adjustment. I can now look forward to another tire wearing unevenly due to incorrect alignment.

Teanea was beyond helpful in terms of figuring out why our engine light was on. Also, she handled another customer who was very cranky by being helpful and kind to him. I really noticed this and am happy to do business with a company employing people like Teanea.
