Confused as to the last time I was in my rental was for free. This time I got charged. I had the same vehicle both times.
Everything I asked to be done was done. When they got to electronic problem , it was Diagnosed quickly.

NONE of the fluid levels were checked or refilled. Did NOT check for cause of refrigerant leak,which was specifically requested. Not certain if tires were rotated??? Had requested rotation, but not certain if was done?

I was frustrated with the appointment set up because the online reservations were down. I work crazy hours are rarely have time during the day to call and make an appointment. I have one week day per month off and it would have helped streamline the process if the website reservations were functioning. Thanks for your attention!

Matt was great to work with. He kept the communication lines open, was very clear about the services needed, timeline and costs too.
Everyone is always friendly, however this oil change took almost 2 hours, because it took some time for the technician to program my new FOB.
They also forgot to put the new reminder sticker on left side of window.
Next I went to Phil Dickman at the body shop. He went up and beyond and I was very happy with his service!
We always come to 5 corners because we know we will receive ethical quality service.

Despite posted signs requiring masks, many employees were not wearing masks. My pregnant wife who had our two year old daughter with her felt endangered. She is actively seeking a dealer for future service that does not endanger their customers like this. The behavior of the employees in this regard was completely unacceptable.

If you advertise oil changes $19.99. Then that's what they should be. I made a appointment for one and after found out it was almost $40 cause my Jeep takes 1 extra quart. You should tell that up front.
Matt lowered the price but it should have never been. Be up front with your customers.
