After a few days of use, it is clear the issue is still not resolved! This is especially unfortunate as this is not the first time I have invested thousands in repairs at 5 Corners that didn't actually work! We will talk soon.

When I got home and pulled in the garage there was smoke and a burning smell coming from under the hood. When I popped the hood there was oil splattered all over the engine bay and along the front passenger quarter panel. I did record a video. No new sticker in the window for reminder when next oil change is to take place. Seems attention to detail was not there like it had been in years past. Also, was invoiced for labor on a problem with our speaker that I assumed was under warranty seeing we purchased the van less than2 years ago. Would have been nice to know this was a billable event then we would have left the damaged speaker alone. Apparently we just missed this being a warranty issue due to mileage. I did speak with Randy in service and he did ask I come back in so we could clean things up.
