Rating is against technician and not Brian. I had a left front Axel shaft replaced in February and at this visit I was told I needed the same part replaced. When I walked Brian through the previous repair he had a second technician look over the precious technicians work and confirmed the first technician misdiagnosed the need for a new Axel shaft and in fact the second technician couldn’t replicate the issue I described or find a problem. With the new Axel shaft only being 2 months old and the fact the second technician couldn’t replicate the issue, I have no clue how the first technician could have misdiagnosed the part as it should have looked brand new. Had I not questioned the technicians work, I’m pretty sure I would have been out $1000 for a new Axel shaft. Having been a customer for the last 10-15 years I have certainly seen a decline in performance over the last 5 years. I am extremely disappointed and will be looking for a new repair facility.
