I needed to return to the service depth because of a lack of acceleration related to the service I received. I was then informed that the needed part that could be sent overnight was not sent meaning my vehicle would be left at the dealership 10 more days because we are scheduled to be out of town and unable to retrieve the vehicle before we leave.

Brian kept me well advised as to the status of my repair. I appreciated his follow up to let me know how things were progressing with the parts being ordered and anticipated completion timeframe. I dealt with Brian originally. He left me a voicemail stating my car was ready after an oil change, and that I have a quote for needed work, to the tune of $1500.00 (rear brakes, front struts, a few cabin filters and a front end alignment.). A bit shocking. Additionally, I ran out of oil changes (I have always bought the package.). Brian wouldn’t have known that, but then I had to ask Matt to purchase another package. Matt and Randy have always been wonderful to work with in the past.

I am always well taken care of when I visit. I couldn’t ask for better service from friendlier people. The trust is there. Trust that I will be treated fairly and trust that I will be a good customer. It goes both ways.

My tire rotation sticker from another facility was removed, so now I have to figure out when it’s due. I waited in line to check in and was ignored. He was about to wait on another person who pointed out I was first. I got a ride to work from someone in service, and then Brian sent someone to pick me at end of day and sent the guy to the wrong address. I sat outside in the heat for 45 minutes and closed my business early. Very poor communication. I never received a call explaining additional work my car needed. I found it attached to my invoice.
