Chris and Kurt did a great job. Not an easy time for replacement parts on newer vehicles, but Chris got it. Kurt did great work. In addition, my minor accident happened the day before leaving for Florida….the guys dropped what they had, came out and worked on my truck for a temporary fix to close my door, and they did it…all was well for our Spring Break trip the next day. I didn’t have high hopes - they made it happen. Incredible service! I could not have asked for more. Great team. That, is how you get customers for life.

The service representative did not know about the Costco discount program. He said that it doesn't apply to the service that was performed. If you are part of the Costco program, please educate the representatives about the program. I received the discount after he spoke with the manager.

Your Parts person did not order the part I requested ordered the wrong ones installed them on my truck then refuse to make amends and take back the parts that I did not want in order the whole experience was a joke the worst service I've ever had
