I feel totally at home whenever I take my vehicle in for repairs knowing that you all have did your best at keeping informed of all said diagnostics . Great welcoming attitudes all the way around .

Not satisfied as the truck was brought in to handle a DEF problem 7 days later and $6500 they could not tell me it was fixed Maybe they could fix it for another 900. Then when the truck was sitting there for 7 days it suddenly sprung an oil leak Where the oil heater was. My local mechanic looked at it and noted that Someone had stressed the cap and broke it in 3 places. I agreed to every maintence that was suggested including a transmission In which the mechanic proceed to snap 8 bolts. Which cost me another 500 Lastly they replaced the wheel bearing as I decided to make sure the truck was safe. When I drove the truck off the lot. They clearly did not bleed the brakes when the had the caliper pulled to change the bearing. That move put me and other drivers in danger. Also I ordered parts via express to get my truck back in a timely fashion which I did not. I was still charged for the extra shipping. To summerize. Your dealer ship put a financial strain on a small business with the truck being down and the severe amount of money you charged me. I am fair person and understand that this takes money for your service. I literally had to take the truck off the lot to make sure you did not break any thing more. When I left you had an additional 2500 in charges waiting for me. I would love to review my experience with upper management. Andrew Voruz.
