Still not happy with the replacement unit installed. It works terrible with my IPhone 12. The technology is terrible. Even the cheapest cars have better blue tooth connections
David Banks is always great. He does a good job setting expectations with the wait time and explaining the required service. The ladies at the counter are also very pleasant. I wish Infiniti would resume car washing after service. It’s a shame that non-luxury brands like Mazda provide that basic service.

I dropped my SUV off in the morning for repairs. I work in the area so I stopped by the dealership to use the rest room on the way to grab lunch. Jamel saw me walk in and went out of his way to notify me that my vehicle was ready early. What a great surprise. Job well done by everyone

We have a brand new QX60 and there’s a known issue with the transmission but there’s no fix for it. We bought an Infiniti from you 5 years ago and the transmission had to be replaced. We bought a new one from you 3 months ago and was told the transmission was redesigned. My wife brought it in on Monday and was told we know the issue but can’t fix it. Seriously!?? This is the last Infiniti I will ever own.
Waited three hours for my first new car check up only to find out they never started. Unacceptable!!
