Jamel was very kind and patient with me and was very thorough in explaining the work that needed to be done with my car.
Fix didn't work. My clock still shows wrong time. I need to get back to dealer where Vinny already said he will work on resolving the issue.
As always, the service I receive from my Infiniti dealer is outstanding. The problem, whatever it may be, is solved quickly. They keep m informed every step of the way. I never have to return to say there is still a problem.
