I have been servicing my cars for 50!! years and I find that the Infinity service center is the most pleasing. The physical plant is comfortable; my service rep is always courteous, and my servicing needs are met. It's all very fluid. Although I drive a Nissan, I have opted to stay with Infinity service rather than search out another Nissan service center, my GN Nissan having closed.
David shin is a consummate professional. Very knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with.
