Joe is always on top of it all. I live about 15 minutes from 2 other Infiniti dealerships but choose to drive 30-35 minutes in the opposite direction because of service Joe provides.

David was very helpful. But i had steering system chaged on previous visit. I feel its not the same vehicle. I tried to explain to dave but he couldnt find any issues. My vehicle was in the shop for three days without loaner....covid issues...i see others driving with courtesy vehicles. No complain cuz we r in sesitive time. My vehicle came out of the shop more dusty and again without only manhasset infiniti give no car wash. I was wandering if loaner was not givin cuz of covid, why not simple clean interior after service... who knows who spent their time in my car..again i always ahve doubts if i want to visit here again..great personals but svc etiquettes need to imorove. Covid is hit globally not just manhasset infiniti...
