Great Service as always from David Banks and the Infiniti of Manhasset family
When I checked in I asked the person if they could take off the old registration decal and put the new one on. He said sure. When I asked banks he said sure.
When I got the car it was not replaced. The decal was still on the dashboard together with the number sign you assign to the car. I went back and a representative was at the door and I told him It was not replaced. I also asked why the car was not washed and he shrugged and said they don’t wash cars anymore. When asked why he said he didn’t know but it could be because of Covid. When I came into your building there was nobody at the reception desk. I asked the person in the middle booth who just looked at me and pointed to the booth at his right and said he would take care of me when he comes back. After waiting 15 minutes I went down and that person who was supposed to take care of me was busy on his phone. After a couple of minutes I went to him and he just said that somebody else would handle our service. I have leased 3 cars at your store and service over 8 years you have consistently lowered your standard. No car wash anymore. No loaner. Your waiting room has not been updated during those 8 years. The attitude is like “ I don’t care” nobody looks up and say “ Can I help you” when I leased my cars at your store I was promised a loaner car, a car wash and first class service. That is not existing anymore. A smile and a hello when you come in goes a long way. Your staff looks like it is a total bother to see another customer. Sorry I think I have been at your location the last time. I will go somewhere else the next time for service and get my next car.

(I leased my car at valley stream and stopped going there after a few service visits because of poor service and experiences). He’s amazing and I hope to always work with him for as long as I am a customer of Infiniti!
