I came to the dealership on an emergency basis as I had to jump start my car several hours earlier and suspected I needed a new battery (as mine was original equipment on my ‘15 Q70. Unfortunately, when I tried to phone through to Service I was kept on hold for at least 5 minutes each time, without ever being able to find out if the dealership had replacement batteries on site/in the shop. While I love Billy Joel, his was not the voice I fancied hearing at the time. I couldn’t risk turning off the motor for fear of needing a new jump, so I simply came over unannounced. Fortunately, as above, I was accommodated expeditiously and courteously and learned that 1 cell in the original battery had failed.

It's always a pleasure getting my car service here! Staff is amazing! However I'm very dissatisfied that although I had an appointment for 8am and dropped my car at 730 that my car wasn't serviced until about 4 hours later. I believe all appointment times should be kept and not skipped because you aren't waiting for your car. Other then that no complaints.
For the bill payment method infinity should take credit cards payment method without adding any fees. When we go for car service most of the time we don't know how much will be bill & also the bank checks payment also very critical because the machine for the check was not working well. Please arrange something easy for the customer which is allover accepted. Except waiting for bill payment But service was great. Thanks

My car had smudges inside the door when it was returned to me. That turned me off. I remember when the car would be vacuumed when I came for visits. Now nothing “extra” is done. I wish they would do that again. Otherwise, my advisor David Chin was great as always.
I always receive impeccable service from David Chin. I’ve built a very trusting relationship with him. Whenever I have an issue with my Q50 he takes care of the issue correctly the first time. I never have to return a second time with the same issue. I’m a very satisfied customer.
