Wes was very good at getting me in and out in a timely manner. He answered my questions to best of his ability and for what he did not know or weren’t sure of he called and inquired about it , to be able to give me the best answer to what I needed to know. Very good job

Today I had the MOST PLEASANT service experience I have ever had at a dealership and it was because of a woman named Christina. She answered the phone when I first called, was there in the garage when I pulled the car in and even came out front to talk to me about how the repair was going. I came away feeling wonderful and feeling like I even made a new friend!! If I had a full time position available in our business I would try to hire her myself!!!

I am quired about what I thought was a very simple fix of one of the vents all it needs is to be snapped back into place and I was told that I would need to replace the vent instead of just snapping it back into place
