Mr.Ciccone (if I remember his name correctly), was courteous, informative, & to the point. He handled all my questions & concerns with Confident & respectful responses. Cristina did an awesome job. I stood in the bay for almost 4 mins and there were 4 gentlemen in the left hand side of the bay that did their best to avoid eye contact while I waited. The men on the right side of the bay were helping others. I finally asked If I should do anything before one of the men on the left hand side told me to just wait. Cristina then came out and immediately asked if I’d been helped and I said no. She more than made up for the lack of customer centric behavior of the men on the left hand side. It was interesting as soon as Cristina had taken care of me and I was headed to the waiting area that one of the men on the left side of the bay came after me to sell me a car. Courtesy seems to be lost for sure. I applaud Cristina for her constant politeness and positivity which was refreshing.
