During my recent Honda appointments for both my Honda vehicles Joe Calabucci as always delivered outstanding service. He is professional, courteous and takes time to thoroughly answer all questions explaining the service my vehicles are receiving . He is a true asset to the Honda Service Department. More than once he has gone above and beyond to find savings for the service I have received. He recently was off on the day one of my vehicles was being serviced and arranged for his coworker to call me and let me know the status of my vehicle. It is always a pleasure to see Joe for service appointments.

The is was the best derive I’ve ever received. Ernie didn’t judge our old vehicles, he was honest and straightforward and did little things, like applying a coupon to our oil change and offered info to help us list our car for sale. He even remembered my name a week after the service. Great job!

Wes was welcoming and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Lia Honda again. The last time I came to Lia Honda was for a month check after I purchased the car from a nice Lia salesman. I was do unhappy with the service representative. There were two things I complained about - the hardness to turn the gas cover and the cd played. The service rep laughed at me and said nothing was wrong. I swore I would never go to Lia for service again. But since I have a long history with Lia Honda and Lia Toyota- I decided to try Lia one more time. And I am happy again. I had a 2016 HR with a cd player that worked and now I still have a 2019 with a cd that does not work like the old one.
