Ernie, went above and beyond to help us with getting my daughter's Honda Fit inspected. She lives in Boston, MA and I live in Syracuse. we bought car from Lia and it is half way for us. Steve was great. But I originally received incorrect information about how Ling it would take. This really messed up my plans for the day. And this is a recurring event with Lia where out of the last three times I’ve received time estimates when I scheduled the service that were way off. In the future I’m going to insist on speaking to a service coordinator like Steve when scheduling an appointment.
