My car took way longer than expected to be fixed I received no call update until I initiated contact. There were not promotions offered or discounts given for the inconvenience.

Wes was very good last week I came in for an oil change and let me know I needed a wheel alignment there was not any forced pressure for me to get it that same day he told me I could come back whatever I can to have it done because it is very important to the operation of my vehicles I appreciated that there was no pressure whatsoever you did a great job

I was satisfied with Steve and Earnie- both helpful. The cashier that checked me out when I picked up my car (Nicole)- not so much. I had questions about my Bill and the amount being charged (I was told my portion was going to be $350 and it was $393). She said “you can either pay the Bill or leave your car). I understand that she may not of been able to answer my questions about my Bill- but when I asked if she could have someone call me the next day to go over it she basically said “you can call them...” (very rude, unprofessional and seemed like me being there was annoying her). I still have questions and would appreciate a call
