Although I’m sure Spencer is wonderful, I worked with Ken. Ken was truly amazing and an absolute joy to work with. This is the fourth vehicle purchased through Kruse motors for my family, and out of all of the sales reps we’ve worked with, Ken was the absolute best. Ken brings a dad factor into it, and and asked all the right questions. He made me feel so comfortable and not once did I feel like he was taking me for a ride. I would absolutely refer Ken to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle. I’d like to thank Ken for his sincerity through my purchase and please make sure that Ken is recognized for his hard work.

The is good just to bad the vehicle is already functioning poorly after such a short time from receiving it. Obviously better care on preparing used vehicles for should be a higher priority.

$80 to install a piece of weatherstripping. And it wasn’t installed correctly I ended up reinstalling it. I understand you need a rate and an fair hourly rate but that’s a bit excessive.

I’ve been into Kruise motors 8 times with my vehicle and have occurred the same issues time and time again. This issue has been a headache and I’ve been told time and time again that the issue has been resolved. I’ve lost complete trust in my vehicle because of this issue. Chuck continues to assure me that it is faulty parts from GM. I’m quite upset at the fact in the beginning I asked chuck his thoughts about how and what to repair. He assured me that replacing the lifters would be a in and out process and would be a quick and never see ya again kind of deal. I questioned about getting a new motor and he stated that the lifters would be the cheap route but guaranteed it would fix the problem. After numerous visit and thousands of dollars later we are still having the same issue. The entire month of February my truck was in the shop each week. I cannot afford another vehicle and have been without a proper working truck. If the new motor would have been a recommendation in the beginning I believe the visits would have been less. Now I have a horrible sounding vehicle and lack of trust it will make it anywhere farther than 50 miles. I feel like I’m at a loss because of the frequency of having my truck in the shop I believe it’s not a priority nor do I feel comfortable bring it back due to the annoyance I am causing by complaining about the issue. I’ve never called and screamed at anyone just have stated that the check engine light is on. All I wanted was my vehicle fixed to its proper working condition. And here we are with the check engine light on again. A day after it came back from the shop.

Rotated my tires and broke Stud and a nut and I had to pay for it 12.01 and 15.42 what a joke not sure if I’ll be returning there!!
