Not very satisfied with Kruse Motors (Ford). Depending on how the situation is taken care of will depend on overall satisfaction. At the moment I'm not very satisfied for the most part BUT hoping there's a happy middle in the end.

Service at the dealer was great. But 40 miles down the road the undercarriage splash guard/skid plate fell out from underneath the vehicle and broke. I'm not pleased the technician not make sure to secure the panel properly.
