No need to contact me. Andrew was very informative, polite and professional. He is an excellent sales person. However, our experience with the finance department was less than exceptional. The website suggested the rebates were available at 3.9% financing, and the finance department refused to honor this rate. We were also pressured when declining the extended warranty, and it was suggested that jobs could be lost if we refuse to take this package. We felt this is unprofessional, and this type of high pressure sales tactics were something we have not experienced when purchasing are two other GMC that other dealerships.

After spending over 500 dollars for two front breakfast to be put on and returning the vehicle 3 different times with the same issu I left with the first time not being resolved but only to hear you wanted a out another 400 dollars to fix something that wasn't an issue til I left there the first timethat I know wasn't ever an issue before taking my vehicle there to be fixed I wasn't born yesterday and know Kruze motors messed my car up and expect me to pay to have another issue repaired that Kruze motors is responsible fir.I was really going to have a front end alignment done there if this issue was resolved correctly but never will I do business there again and this is even where I purchased this car from.Tha kyou.

I am a stickler for good service and I have to say I was very impressed by Joe. He went above and beyond during my interaction with him. He did a wonderful job and I left feeling like a VIP customer.
