Got an email saying car was done! Then a call about having to replace 15 of the 20 lug nuts on vehicle so they didn't rotate tires. Car wasn't washed, and no new sticker on windshield for when oil was changed! Not happy! Still waiting for a call on my pickup saying parts are on on recall!
This is not a slam of Spencer, but if your overall policies. We purchased our vehicle from Kruse 2 months prior to the oil change I scheduled. Kruse did the previous oil change on this vehicle prior to our purchase. Yet some how in 2 months the struts went bad and the oil lines needed replaced. What a joke…what kind of customer service is that. Had I not complained, how much would you have charged me? Yes, it is being repaired at no cost. Oh and the seat that we agreed would be fixed at time of purchase will also be fixed by the company per our agreement.
Your service practices are very shady. You set up people like Spencer to take heat for slimey company policies. Please do better
