Service writers are all courteous and polite but I have had an ongoing issue with my vehicle for over 2 months now and have had it in several times and it still isn't fixed...

I have asked service to check my coolant addative several times. I found out today, that it had never been done. They did check it today at no charge. However, service should do what I ask them to do or convince me I did not need it. That did not happen and I assumed the oolsnf addative had been checked before.
