You guys are lucky to have Michael! I have been coming there for couple years now and service has always been great. But having dealt with Michael, it has gone to a whole other level! Not only was he super attentive to my small detail issues, but even items I wasn’t aware of were taken care of. I hope to be a customer for life and this past service visit was just amazing… thank you for taking such great care of me!

Chad is fixing the issue, but I have to bring the car in again! My Bluetooth isn’t working and I was told it was fixed or no issue with it, but when I picked the car up and asked Chad about it, he wasn’t aware there was an issue with it and it hadn’t been fixed. I took Chaf to my car and showed him the issue and he was perplexed. Hopefully my next visit will be on point and completely transparent

Michael was very polite and kept me informed throughout the repair process. He did a good job of explaining the problem and the fix. A big thanks to the mechanic who diagnosed the problem and made the repair. The vehicle had been written up several times over the past five years and this time the problem was found and fixed!

Michael and Chaz are always great but on this visit I have to give kudos to Michael. I came in with a nail in my tire as well and other things wrong with my car and had no way of getting to work. Michael said no worries gave me a rental and had my car back to me by the time I got off my shift. He gave me excellent customer service! Michael and Chaz you guys are the best!
