I was completely satisfied with the service Mike provided. I was told my vehicle was going to be ready on Tuesday and he got it back to me on Monday. Car was received clean and in working order. If there was a grading system I’d give him a 10. Thanks Michael Ghiris.

Did the service person check my tire pressure after they did the tire rotation? After I left the dealership, my tire pressure light came on and now I have to come back and have it looked at..each tire might not have the right pressure in them..they are off..Can someone please contact me?

I had to take my car back two additional times for complete and accurate service. And then I’m not so sure a complete 20,000 mile check up was even oerformed. Michael, the asst mgr was very courteous and tried to be as helpful as he could by loaning me a car after waiting 3 hours and having my car washed. Service mechanics DID NOT rotate tires as I had requested AND tires lost air pressure after they finally did rotate tires. So I basically spent a big part of my day, along with three visits in that day, getting an oil change and tires rotated. No, I wont be returning.
