I have a Beetle convertible and asked him if I should leave the top down while it is in the garage. He explained it should be up and the car locked to preserve battery life. No one ever mentioned that aspect before and I was pleased to learn it. I will always ask for him when needing service for either my 2019 Beetle or my 2019 Atlas.

No complaints. Everything was great. The day I made the appointment the poor girl was working by herself and commanding her position! When I brought it in for service today, she took care of everything and even called to warn me the tires were wearing uneven. So we did the alignment. She saved me money! The alignment is $99. New tires are way more! Thankful for her dedication.

Lack of communication between service, sales and detailing, as the car was springled with water instead washed to remove bugs. So my time was wasted, will send invoice for my wasted life time for waiting 50 min for recleaning, this could be in time when my car was 3 hours at the dealership. But nobody was willing to go the extra mile for excellence. Viewpoint: not my business. Looks like the team should be remembered that the paycheck is paid by returning customers. No customers, no job.
