I still can’t figure out why other peoples names show up on my car screen when I have my cell phone in my car and they are people I have never heard of. The phrase goodbye blank name, do not forget your cell phone comes up. It would be great to figure this out as I am not sure this is happening on anyone else’s car. Danielle greeted me very courteously and filled me in on what was done to my car. I appreciate the kindness and efficiency that the team provided.

First of all you are texting her husband even after Eileen left you her number. Second Eileen left a message with Danielle and a message with the service manager neither were responded to. I was disappointed when the team changed and Amy left; but I feel that Danielle exceeded my expectations. I wish there were more coupons to take advantage of; I hope the new team will continue to exceed my expectations.
