First I would like to say the actual service appointment was awesome. It was the initial phone call to book an appointment that was not a positive experience. I asked up front for an estimated price on a 40000k service and what it entails and I was told I would be told when I came in. I like to prepare my budget and just wanted a little information. I, again, will say my experience from the time I got there to leaving was very positive. I was even provided a car for the day. Thanks to all the hard working people at VW Service Department!
She was amazing from day one. Was in contact with my flakey insurance company (Allstate) in the end I payed out of pocket but she worked a deal for me. She’s a great person and quick in the job! Thanks Danielle!!

I arrived late to the service department yesterday due to a tire pressure sensor going off. I was told the tire was fine. In the morning the tire was completely flat. When I arrived at the dealership Danielle who I have interacted with on multiple occasions remembered me and my issue from the previous day and was quick to respond and took care of the situation. Your dealership is very lucky to have Danielle on staff as she is definitely a model employee. I’ve had interactions with other people at your dealership but no one has been as friendly, or has taken the time to greet me and remember me and my car issues like Danielle. She’s definitely an asset to your dealership!

Job Well Done, My Tiguan required a slight front end alignment. I was checked in ahead of schedule and work performed and explained to me upon completion. Danielle did a great job and personable.
